Moulding Lay-Up

The two dimensional, pre-stacked kits are skilfully positioned into the surface profile of the tool allowing intricate undercut conditions to be obtained. The uses of intensification tools maintain a dimensionally controlled ‘B’ surface to our moulded parts.

Gases are removed during the cure cycle using the vacuum system circuit built in to the underside of the tools along with a thermal fluid oil system. Cure the material stack to an optimised cure cycle and de-mould fully cured parts, firstly removing the perimeter loose toolings that moulds the designed undercuts and releases the moulding for full admiration/inspection of the outstanding quality A & B surfaces.
