USES & APPLICATIONS FOR COMPOSITES
Gurit's expanding offering of interior materials are used for a variety of cabin components such as passenger and cargo floor and linings, ceilings, overhead compartments, galleys, lavatories and airducts. These innovative materials are used in both Boeing and Airbus single aisle and long-range planes, including Airbus’ A380 models.
These materials can be used in smaller, single-engine aircraft such as the Pilatus pc-12 model for use in the aircrafts interior and secondary structures including engine cowlings, wing tips, dorsal fins, flooring panels for the cabin and air ducts.
