CNC Capabilities
Red Maple currently operates some of Asia’s largest 5-axis CNC machines, allowing Red Maple to build master plugs with extreme accuracy and speed. In 2010 Red Maple invested in new premises and machinery allowing production of a 65 meter plug in a single piece.
This level of speed and precision allows for a fast production of master plugs while ensuring that all components, shear webs, spar caps, and root inserts fit every time and costly adjustments or use of fillers are not required.
