Wattwil, December 18, 2009. Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GUR), con-firms the closing of the acquisition of Suzhou Red Maple Wind Blade Mould Co. Ltd., Taicang, Jiangsu/China.

Gurit, a leading developer and manufacturer of high-end composite materials and technologies, has closed the transaction announced on December 8, 2009, to acquire Suzhou Red Maple Wind Blade Mould Co. Ltd., Taicang, Jiangsu China, on December 18, 2009 by taking over the entirety of its parent company Cheer Tech Investment Limited, Hong Kong, from Windy Shore Holdings Limited, British Virgin Islands.
