HUGO BOSS breaks new 24-hour record during Barcelona World Race (awaiting WSSRC ratification)

Awaiting ratification from the WSSRC a new 24-hour record for monohulls up to 60 foot – 492.7 miles, set by HUGO BOSS between 0700 and 0700 from 6th – 7th December 2007 during the Barcelona World Race.

HUGO BOSS skippered by Alex Thomson (UK) and co-skippered by Andrew Cape (AUS), is currently in 4th place in the Barcelona World Race, a new two-handed, non-stop round the world yacht race, covering 25,000 miles over three months.
