Red Maple guarantee accurate fit of all subcomponents including; shear webs, spar caps, bonding flanges, by making every component on an individual CNC machined master plug, with accuracy of +/-0.5mm.

Every component can be rapidly modelled by Red Maple’s in-house CAD team in order to accurately offset the blade shape and obtain correct geometry for bonding flanges, spar caps, shear webs, box beams, etc.
