Since 2008, Red Maple have installed over one hundred mould turn over arms globally in Korea, Japan and India with over fifty being installed in China.

The closing system is produced in China, using the best imported parts for critical hydraulic and electric systems including; high pressure pumps (Germany), angle encoders (Germany), remote controls (Sweden), and counterbalance valves (USA).

Many of the established Wind Turbine Blade Manufactures use this model of the turnover system, and this system is used on approximately 40% of all wind turbine blade moulds that have been produced. 

Red Maple, in conjunction with ‘Power Hinge’ have sold in excess of 80 moulds with the hydraulic closing system, and when combined with over 130 mould installations, 20,000 wind turbine blades have been assembled using this hydraulic closing system since 2003.
