Mould Heating System
The Mould Heating System is designed to withstand the harshest of environments and specifications. The special heating cables can operate at up to 200C, and the control system offers a complete supervision of the heating process, both in English and Chinese.
Cable Specification
The life of the heating cables is already well proven, with some installations cycling through the range of 20-120C over 500 times in demanding applications without any deterioration to the cables or equipment.
Bespoke Software
Red Maple's bespoke software application is easy-to-configure for up to 120 heating zones and 20 control boxes per mould.
