Established in 2007 Red Maple is one of the largest wind turbine blade mould manufacturer worldwide, producing over 40 mould sets a year. Situated in Taicang, China, Red Maple has over 600 skilled employees, and is dedicated to the design and manufacture of high quality, innovative mould technology. With complete vertical integration of the mould production process, Red Maple sets the new benchmark for tooling system cost and delivery time.

Red Maple has the capability to manufacture moulds and process equipment up to 75m in length, including but not limited to the following items:

• All types of CNC 5 axis machined master plugs
• Moulds for blade shells, blade subcomponents and all other composite tooling applications
• Hydraulic automated mould closing and clamping systems
• Jigs, fixtures, platforms, and ancillary tooling equipment

Red Maple has invested heavily in the most advanced mould production equipment available. This includes a 5 axis CNC machine with an envelope 36m x 8m x 4.5m, as well as laser tracker, DSC machine, resin mix machines and thermal cameras.
