Cela refl\u00e8te la situation de la demande sur le march\u00e9 mondial de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne, o\u00f9 les surcapacit\u00e9s ont un impact sur les prix et les taux d&rsquo;installation en Chine et aux \u00c9tats-Unis ont largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les niveaux de 2012. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif, les ventes aux clients non li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne continuent de cro\u00eetre. De plus, les ventes totales du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2013 ont augment\u00e9 de 13,1 % par rapport au premier trimestre 2013, confirmant la reprise des ventes pr\u00e9vue, bien qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un rythme plus faible que pr\u00e9vu.   <\/strong>  \t\t                              \t\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" class=\"tensid-spacer\">&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" class=\"tensid-body\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><u>Gurit Composite Materials :<\/u> Au cours du premier semestre 2013, Gurit a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires net de 109,1 millions de francs suisses (premier semestre 2012 : 172,3 millions de francs suisses) avec des clients sur les march\u00e9s cibles des mat\u00e9riaux traditionnellement fournis, \u00e0 savoir l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne, l&rsquo;a\u00e9rospatiale et la marine, et de plus en plus sur d&rsquo;autres march\u00e9s industriels. Les ventes aux clients du secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne ont fortement diminu\u00e9 en raison de la baisse de la demande des march\u00e9s asiatiques et am\u00e9ricains, ainsi que de certains reports de projets offshore europ\u00e9ens. En revanche, Gurit a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse de 12,8 % de ses ventes de mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie et \u00e0 la marine, tandis que les ventes aux clients de l&rsquo;a\u00e9rospatiale et du transport ferroviaire sont rest\u00e9es stables.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><u>Gurit Composite Systems et Engineering :<\/u> Pour le premier semestre 2013, Gurit d\u00e9clare un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires net de 20,6 millions de francs suisses (premier semestre 2012 : 23,4 millions de francs suisses) provenant des services d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie et de la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces finies, de syst\u00e8mes et d&rsquo;outils. Les ventes de pi\u00e8ces finies de carrosserie automobile ont augment\u00e9 de 63,8% par rapport \u00e0 HY1 2012, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la livraison de s\u00e9ries de pi\u00e8ces plus importantes \u00e0 un nombre accru de clients. Les ventes d&rsquo;outillage ont augment\u00e9 de 96% au T2 2013 par rapport au T1 2013, confirmant les premiers signes de reprise, tandis que le niveau agr\u00e9g\u00e9 des ventes du S1 2013 est inf\u00e9rieur de 38,7% \u00e0 celui du S1 2012.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><u>Perspectives :<\/u> En raison de la reprise plus lente que pr\u00e9vu de la demande de mat\u00e9riaux composites et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements d&rsquo;outillage sur les march\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne, ainsi que de certains reports de commandes chez Gurit Composite Systems and Engineering, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d&rsquo;exploitation du premier semestre 2013 est d\u00e9sormais anticip\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur au seuil de rentabilit\u00e9. Pour l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2013, Gurit s&rsquo;attend d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 ce que les ventes nettes soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 300 millions de francs suisses et \u00e0 ce que la marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d&rsquo;exploitation atteigne 3 \u00e0 5%. <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;
