La forte croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres sur tous les march\u00e9s finaux de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 Syst\u00e8mes composites et ing\u00e9nierie et les ventes suppl\u00e9mentaires de mat\u00e9riaux aux clients industriels et maritimes n&rsquo;ont pas pu compenser la baisse de 42,6% des ventes de mat\u00e9riaux aux clients du secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne. Cette activit\u00e9 a fortement souffert de la baisse des volumes sur le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain et de la r\u00e9duction continue de la demande de fibres de verre pr\u00e9impr\u00e9gn\u00e9es. En raison du faible volume des ventes de mat\u00e9riaux et de certaines charges de d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation r\u00e9sultant de la mise en \u0153uvre de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de mat\u00e9riaux de base en PVC, Gurit atteindra une marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;environ 2 % des ventes nettes pour l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2013.   <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" class=\"tensid-spacer\">&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" class=\"tensid-body\">\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><u><span>Mat\u00e9riaux composites Gurit :<\/span><\/u> <span>Au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2013, les ventes de mat\u00e9riaux de Gurit ont diminu\u00e9 de 2,2 % par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Les ventes au march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9es par le report de livraisons au 1er trimestre 2014. Les ventes aux clients du secteur industriel et maritime ont continu\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 divers projets maritimes et de g\u00e9nie civil sur les march\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion EMEA et des \u00c9tats-Unis. Les ventes au march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;A\u00e9ronautique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9gativement impact\u00e9es par le faible niveau d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des clients en d\u00e9cembre.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span>D&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;autre, les ventes de mat\u00e9riaux ont diminu\u00e9 de 26,7 % pour atteindre 227,3 millions de francs suisses. Les ventes \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne ont fortement souffert du report du renouvellement du cr\u00e9dit d&rsquo;imp\u00f4t aux \u00c9tats-Unis au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, mais aussi de la faiblesse persistante de la demande de fibres de verre pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9es en Europe. En revanche, les ventes aux march\u00e9s de l&rsquo;industrie et de la marine se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s, principalement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ventes importantes dans le domaine de la construction civile et des applications pour bateaux militaires.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><u><span>Gurit Composite Systems and Engineering :<\/span><\/u> <span>Gurit a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper avec succ\u00e8s ses activit\u00e9s dans le domaine des syst\u00e8mes et de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie en 2013 et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires en hausse de 31,9% \u00e0 53,8 millions de francs. Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 au quatri\u00e8me trimestre a atteint un nouveau record avec CHF 16,9 millions. Les activit\u00e9s de Gurit dans le domaine des composants ext\u00e9rieurs automobiles ont progress\u00e9 de 24,1% d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Les ventes de structures d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie ont augment\u00e9 de 60,5% en raison d&rsquo;importantes livraisons de composants composites pour les autobus.
