Cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 18% en francs suisses d\u00e9clar\u00e9s et une croissance de 15,7% sur une base ajust\u00e9e des devises. La croissance organique a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 6,6% sur une base ajust\u00e9e des taux de change et pour les activit\u00e9s poursuivies (hors Composite Components), la croissance des ventes a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 18,5%.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" class=\"tensid-spacer\">&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" class=\"tensid-body\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">L`activit\u00e9 <strong>Mat\u00e9riaux composites<\/strong> de Gurit a obtenu de solides r\u00e9sultats dans ses diff\u00e9rents secteurs de march\u00e9. La demande de mat\u00e9riel <strong>\u00e9olien<\/strong> a augment\u00e9 de 3,1% en 2018 par rapport \u00e0 2017 en francs suisses rapport\u00e9s et a pu augmenter ses ventes au second semestre 2018 de 13% par rapport au premier semestre. La demande en Europe et surtout en Am\u00e9rique du Nord a \u00e9t\u00e9 bonne, tandis qu&rsquo;en Chine et en Inde, la demande de l&rsquo;industrie \u00e9olienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 faible. Les march\u00e9s de la <strong>marine de<\/strong> plaisance et des superyachts ont connu une croissance saine. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les <strong>march\u00e9s industriels<\/strong>, principalement soutenus par une bonne demande en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et en Europe. Au total, le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires net de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 Mat\u00e9riaux composites a augment\u00e9 de 6,1 % (ajust\u00e9 au taux de change : 4,1 %) en glissement annuel, passant de 198,9 millions de francs suisses en 2017 \u00e0 211,1 millions de francs suisses en 2018.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<p align=\"justify\">L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 commerciale JSB nouvellement acquise, d\u00e9sormais <strong>Gurit Kitting<\/strong>, a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 28,9 millions de francs suisses au chiffre d&rsquo;affaires net de 2018 pour une p\u00e9riode de 2,5 mois depuis l&rsquo;acquisition \u00e0 la mi-octobre 2018. Cette contribution repr\u00e9sente la majeure partie de l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;acquisition pour la croissance des ventes nettes de Gurit d\u00e9clar\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">G<span style=\"color: black;\">Le secteur de l&rsquo;<strong>outillage<\/strong> d&rsquo;Urit a connu une nouvelle ann\u00e9e excellente. L&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un nouveau client mondial majeur et des ventes solides dans la base de clients existante ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette dynamique de vente. Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires net a augment\u00e9 de 29,1% (ajust\u00e9 au taux de change : 27,0%) pour atteindre 118,5 millions de francs suisses en 2018, contre un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires net de 91,8 millions de francs suisses en 2017.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<p align=\"justify\">Les activit\u00e9s <strong>a\u00e9rospatiales<\/strong> de Gurit ont enregistr\u00e9 des ventes nettes de 49,9 millions de francs suisses, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 5 % (2,6 % apr\u00e8s ajustement des taux de change). Le ralentissement des taux de construction d&rsquo;un important \u00e9quipementier europ\u00e9en s&rsquo;est r\u00e9tabli au cours du second semestre et a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenu par la demande croissante d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipementier am\u00e9ricain. <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<p align=\"justify\">L`activit\u00e9 <strong>Composite Components de<\/strong> Gurit a enregistr\u00e9 des ventes nettes de 16,9 millions de francs suisses en 2018, contre des ventes nettes de 22,3 millions de francs suisses en 2017. Cela repr\u00e9sente une forte baisse de 24% en francs suisses d\u00e9clar\u00e9s (-26,5% sur une base ajust\u00e9e des devises). La baisse brutale de la demande dans le plus grand programme de volume de pi\u00e8ces automobiles de Gurit au cours des six premiers mois et les d\u00e9marrages lents de plusieurs nouveaux programmes au cours du deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2018 ont caus\u00e9 cette r\u00e9duction des ventes par rapport \u00e0 2017.
