Gu<\/span>rit<\/span> (<\/span>SIX<\/span>Swiss<\/span> Ex<\/span> ch<\/span> an<\/span> ge<\/span>: <\/span> GURN<\/span>) annonceaujourd’hui<\/span>un chiffre d’affaires net non audit\u00e9 pour le premier semestre 2023 \u00e0 244,6 millions de francs suisses, soit une augmentation de 12,8% \u00e0 taux de change constants ou de 4,2% en francs suisses d\u00e9clar\u00e9s par rapport au premier semestre <\/span>2022. En outre, Gurit acquiert la part restante de 40% de l’activit\u00e9 Profils structuraux et annonce un changement organisationnel au sein du conseil d’administration. <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/title><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Si l’on exclut les effets de l’acquisition, le chiffre d’affaires total du groupe a augment\u00e9 de 8,6 % \u00e0 taux de change constants. Le march\u00e9 \u00e9olien occidental montre des signes prudents de reprise, car nos clients commandent de nouveaux moules de pales, ce qui devrait se traduire par des ventes de mat\u00e9riaux en temps voulu, tandis que le march\u00e9 \u00e9olien chinois affiche de solides performances, tout en restant tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titif. Les march\u00e9s de la marine et d’autres march\u00e9s industriels continuent \u00e0 conna\u00eetre une forte croissance, avec une augmentation de la demande de mousse structurelle PET pour les applications industrielles, en particulier en Europe et en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Les mat\u00e9riaux composites<\/span> ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des ventes nettes de 160,8 millions de francs suisses au premier semestre 2023. Cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 21,0% \u00e0 taux de change constants par rapport au premier semestre 2022. Hors acquisitions, les ventes de Composite Materials ont augment\u00e9 de 6,1% \u00e0 taux de change constants, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des gains de parts de march\u00e9 avec le PET recycl\u00e9 sur tous les march\u00e9s de mat\u00e9riaux occidentaux, sur la base de la mont\u00e9e en puissance r\u00e9ussie de nos sites de production mexicains et indiens. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Kitting<\/span> a enregistr\u00e9 un chiffre d’affaires net de 71,1 millions de francs suisses pour le premier semestre 2023. Il s’agit d’une augmentation de 10,4% \u00e0 taux de change constants par rapport au premier semestre de l’ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. L’augmentation en glissement annuel est due \u00e0 de nouveaux projets avec des clients occidentaux, principalement en Inde et en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Les ventes de kits devraient prendre de l’ampleur une fois que les nouveaux moules de pales seront mis en service pour les clients occidentaux du secteur \u00e9olien. L’empreinte europ\u00e9enne du Kitting a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s, avec le transfert des op\u00e9rations du Danemark vers l’Espagne et la Turquie. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Manufacturing Solutions <\/span>a vu son chiffre d’affaires net du premier semestre 2023 augmenter de 5,1 % \u00e0 taux de change constants par rapport \u00e0 l’ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, pour atteindre 30,7 millions de francs suisses.
