Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange : GURN) a annonc\u00e9 aujourd’hui un chiffre d’affaires net pr\u00e9liminaire et non audit\u00e9 de 499,5 millions de francs suisses pour l’ensemble de l’ann\u00e9e 2022. Les ventes nettes des activit\u00e9s poursuivies se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 CHF 488,6 millions, soit une augmentation de 17,0% \u00e0 taux de change constants ou de 11,6% en francs suisses d\u00e9clar\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l’ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Ajust\u00e9 de l’acquisition de Fiberline et de la cession de l’activit\u00e9 a\u00e9rospatiale, le chiffre d’affaires a baiss\u00e9 de 8,0% \u00e0 taux de change constants. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

En 2022, les ventes nettes de Gurit ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9es par une baisse de la demande des clients du secteur \u00e9olien occidental, principalement en raison du ralentissement du march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain, de la lenteur de l’obtention des permis et des retards dans les projets de parcs \u00e9oliens, ainsi que de la consolidation des activit\u00e9s des fabricants d’\u00e9oliennes occidentaux et de leur retrait de certaines r\u00e9gions. Le march\u00e9 domestique chinois de l’\u00e9olien a connu une forte croissance des ventes en 2022, Gurit figurant parmi les trois premiers fournisseurs de moules pour le PET et les pales de rotor. Les ventes dans le secteur maritime et industriel ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 enregistrer de bonnes performances en 2022, avec une croissance de plus de 20 % \u00e0 taux de change constants. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mat\u00e9riaux composites<\/strong> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 des ventes nettes de 325,5 millions de francs suisses pour 2022. Cette augmentation de 52,9% \u00e0 taux constants par rapport \u00e0 2021 contient une contribution de 102,0 millions de francs suisses provenant des profil\u00e9s structurels (Fiberline Composites), o\u00f9 Gurit a acquis une participation majoritaire de 60% en mai 2022. Les ventes de produits \u00e9oliens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9es par un march\u00e9 \u00e9olien plus fort en Chine, mais une demande r\u00e9duite dans le reste du monde. Les ventes de Gurit Marine et Industrial ont enregistr\u00e9 une forte performance avec une croissance de plus de 20%. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kitting<\/strong> a enregistr\u00e9 des ventes nettes de 148,6 millions de francs suisses pour 2022. Il s’agit d’une baisse de -14,0% \u00e0 taux de change constants par rapport \u00e0 2021. Kitting s’adresse exclusivement au march\u00e9 \u00e9olien et a enregistr\u00e9 une demande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus faible de la part des clients occidentaux en dehors de la Chine. L’optimisation de l’empreinte de Kitting en Europe s’est achev\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment au plan et donnera un \u00e9lan positif \u00e0 la performance de l’entreprise en 2023. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La Business Unit Manufacturing Solutions<\/strong> (Tooling) a enregistr\u00e9 un chiffre d’affaires net de 57,5 millions de francs suisses, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une baisse de 21,5 % \u00e0 taux de change constants par rapport \u00e0 2021. Le r\u00e9sultat des ventes nettes des solutions de fabrication a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s faible en raison du fait que les clients occidentaux n’ont pratiquement pas eu de demande de moules en 2022. En revanche, les ventes de moules sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur chinois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bonnes, mais avec des prix tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titifs. Nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce que les activit\u00e9s de moulage avec les clients \u00e9oliens occidentaux se redressent nettement en 2023. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
