Les pales de 9 m\u00e8tres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues et fabriqu\u00e9es avec des mat\u00e9riaux Gurit par une \u00e9quipe de Gurit UK. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s provenaient principalement de la gamme de produits pour l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne de Gurit, notamment <span class=\"s2\">SparPregTM <\/span>et <span class=\"s2\">SPRINTTM<\/span>, mais le degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 de courbure combin\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9paisseurs de lamin\u00e9s importantes a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles techniques de traitement et de fabrication pour cr\u00e9er un produit fini pr\u00e9sentant le niveau de qualit\u00e9 requis pour maintenir des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es pendant une dur\u00e9e de vie de 25 ans. En effet, le processus de conception comprenait un programme d&rsquo;essai des mat\u00e9riaux portant sur plus de 1 000 coupons individuels afin de s&rsquo;assurer que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux dans des conditions s\u00e8ches ( <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><\/span>) et satur\u00e9es d&rsquo;eau de mer \u00e9taient bien comprises, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 garantir l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la lame m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une immersion de longue dur\u00e9e dans cet environnement agressif. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>STRUCTURE AFFIN\u00c9E<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Gurit a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le client, ANDRITZ HYDRO Hammerfest, et les partenaires choisis pour s&rsquo;assurer que les cas de charge et les exigences d&rsquo;interface pour les pales mar\u00e9motrices \u00e9taient \u00e9valu\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision et aussi pour affiner la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la pale, en particulier dans la zone de la racine pour fournir la meilleure performance hydrodynamique disponible tout en r\u00e9pondant aux exigences de support de charge de la structure. La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et la m\u00e9thodologie de construction qui en ont r\u00e9sult\u00e9 ont montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un concept de pale \u00e9olienne conventionnelle n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas en mesure de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 certains des courants de mar\u00e9e les plus agressifs au monde et un certain nombre de caract\u00e9ristiques nouvelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incluses dans la conception finale. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>UNE FABRICATION DE HAUTE QUALIT\u00c9<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les quatre pales mar\u00e9motrices en composite, trois destin\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es sur la turbine et une pour les essais en grandeur r\u00e9elle, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;installation de prototypage existante de Gurit UK. Les d\u00e9lais de fabrication limit\u00e9s et les exigences de production \u00e0 court terme ont permis de s&rsquo;approvisionner localement en moules de prototypage et en gabarits d&rsquo;assemblage, et le projet a permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation de fonctionner \u00e0 pleine capacit\u00e9 pendant une longue p\u00e9riode. Les fortes \u00e9paisseurs de stratifi\u00e9 et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie \u00e9lanc\u00e9e des pales ont fait en sorte que les composants structurels individuels soient dens\u00e9ment charg\u00e9s en mat\u00e9riaux, ce qui, associ\u00e9 aux d\u00e9lais serr\u00e9s, a mis l&rsquo;accent sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;atteindre les niveaux de qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9s requis d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re fois et \u00e0 chaque fois.  <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>RETOUR D&rsquo;INFORMATION ET V\u00c9RIFICATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Chacune des pales de mar\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9e avec des instruments \u00e0 fibre optique int\u00e9gr\u00e9s pour permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;HAD de surveiller les performances et l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des pales tout au long de leur vie. Ces instruments confirment aujourd&rsquo;hui les performances pr\u00e9vues de la structure et fournissent de pr\u00e9cieuses donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el qui seront utilis\u00e9es par AHH pour v\u00e9rifier et confirmer les donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la conception et par Gurit pour v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;exactitude de l&rsquo;analyse structurelle. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>MISE \u00c0 L&rsquo;\u00c9CHELLE<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ce projet a permis \u00e0 Gurit de d\u00e9montrer ses capacit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de conception structurelle et de fabrication de pales d&rsquo;hydroliennes. AHH pr\u00e9voit de d\u00e9velopper ce qui devrait \u00eatre le premier r\u00e9seau de turbines mar\u00e9motrices au monde, situ\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9troit d&rsquo;Islay, toujours dans les eaux \u00e9cossaises.
