Role Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every customer, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints via various channels (telephone, email, chat).
Provide effective and timely solutions, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
Receive, process and follow up on orders, incidents and service-related operations.
Accurately record and update information in the Dynamics 365 ERP system.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve complex cases.
Manage transport for customer shipments.
Meet the service objectives (SLAs, KPIs) set by the company.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actions to optimise customer service processes.
Skills & Experience
A university degree in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles (minimum 2–3 years).
Experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (required for dealing with our customers).
Ability to manage situations under pressure and resolve problems quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 ERP.
Organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
A proactive, customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.
