We are committed to conducting our business with honesty and integrity, and we expect all staff to maintain high standards in accordance with our Code of Conduct. However, all organisations face the risk of things going wrong from time to time. A culture of openness and accountability is essential in order to prevent such situations occurring and to address them promptly. You have a vital role in our success.

Our Integrity Reporting Service

Our integrity reporting service is an early warning system to reduce risks. It is an important tool to foster high ethical standards and maintain customer and public confidence in our company.

The integrity reporting service can be used to alert us about wrongdoing by our employees or one of our contractors affecting people, our organisation, society, or the environment. Your report can include information regarding criminal offences, violations of our Code of Conduct, environmental or social commitments, or other actions in breach of national laws, within a work-related context.

You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith and the more information you can provide, the greater the chance that we will be able to act.

Your message will be securely handled

The integrity reporting service is provided by an external partner WhistleB by Navex, to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected.

All messages will be processed in confidence. The first point of contact for our secure report-a-concern contact form is the Group’s General Counsel, the Head of Gurit’s Corporate Legal department, Mrs. Valérie Collaudin.

How do I submit an anonymous message?

Your message is submitted easily and securely by following the instructions in the form. After having sent your message you will receive an ID and a password on the screen. Save these in a secure manner. You will remain anonymous throughout this dialogue. Within 7 calendar days, we will confirm receipt of your report and may post a response or follow-up question for you. This will be all in the online platform that you can access with your ID and password.
