Core Finishing

Gurit offers a full range of finishing services for our PET, Corecell, Balsaflex, and PVC core materials – all designed to deliver optimal conformability, accuracy, and laminate quality. Our CNC processing capabilities include machining, grooving, perforation, scoring, and pinholing, as well as thermoforming and pre-shaping for complex geometries.
Every cut pattern aims to balance flexibility and structural integrity, improving resin flow and helping to reduce overall weight. With options for film, scrim, and surface treatments, and both flexible and rigid formats, our finishing services provide the tailored performance required for demanding composite applications.
