PET Structural Foam
Sustainable, up to 100% recyclable and versatile thermoplastic core. Gurit PET is a closed-cell thermoplastic core produced with up to 100% recycled post-consumer material. It offers a strong combination of mechanical performance, thermal stability and sustainability.
Ideal for applications requiring durability, consistent quality and a lower-carbon footprint, PET supports:

Corecell SAN Foam

Corecell is Gurit’s market-leading SAN foam family, engineered for exceptional toughness, impact resistance and long-term durability.

Balsaflex
Renewable, end-grain balsa with high compressive strength
Balsaflex is a premium end-grain balsa wood core offering high stiffness, excellent compressive strength and natural sustainability. It combines structural performance with full traceability and environmental responsibility. Available in rigid or flexible formats, uncoated or coated (for controlled resin uptake), and with multiple perforation and groove options.
PVC Foam Core
Versatile, closed-cell foam for general-purpose composite structures
Gurit PVC is a cross-linked, closed-cell structural foam core offering excellent strength-to-weight ratio and reliable performance across a broad range of composite applications.
