Zürich, November 11, 2014. Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GUR), a worldwide leading developer and manufacturer of advanced composites and technologies, announces that Markus Knüsli Amacker will leave the company by May 2015.
 

 

 

Markus Knüsli Amacker joined Gurit in 2007 as CFO and has contributed significantly to the development of Gurit over the past 7 years. By the end of May 2015, Markus Knüsli will leave Gurit in best mutual consent and will look for other professional challenges after having made a significant time commitment to Gurit. Gurit has initiated a search for the succession and will communicate the succession in due time.

 

The CEO Rudolf Hadorn and the Board of Directors thank Markus Knüsli Amacker for his dedication and cooperation, his valuable contributions and wish him all the very best for his future plans.
