预浸材料

预先浸润材料(预浸料)是将纤维或织物用预催化的树脂,经过专门的生产设备进行预先浸润后得到的材料。在室温条件下,在预先浸润材料中的树脂反应速度非常慢,使得工作时间增加至数天或数月。预浸料树脂只能在加热到规定的固化温度时才会完全固化。用于将织物或纤维与树脂结合的机器的精度确保了由预浸料生产的层压板具有比通过湿法手糊技术可获得的一致性和纤维含量更高的一致性和纤维含量。这允许使用非常坚韧、强度高的树脂体系,其粘度太高而不能通过手动浸渍。

SPRINT™ 材料
